General Terms & Conditions
- All room rates are inclusive of applicable statutory taxes and service charges.
- Standard check-in time is from 2:00 PM, while check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
- Victoria Crown Plaza Hotel operates a strict No Smoking Policy within all guest rooms and enclosed areas. Guests found violating this policy will incur a penalty fee of ₦300,000, in addition to immediate termination of their stay if necessary.
- In compliance with the hotel’s health, hygiene, and safety standards, food and beverages purchased outside the hotel premises are not permitted for consumption within the hotel.
- To ensure the safety, privacy, and comfort of all resident guests, visitors are not permitted access to guest rooms without valid identification and mandatory registration at the Front Desk. The hotel reserves the right to deny access where necessary.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. The hotel reserves the right to charge for repairs, replacements, or additional cleaning where applicable.
- Victoria Crown Plaza Hotel reserves the right to refuse service or terminate accommodation where guest conduct violates hotel policies, compromises safety, or causes disturbance to other guests and staff
