Cancellation & Refund Policy
Reservations may be cancelled by contacting our Reservations Team via: +234 703 188 1523
Free Cancellation
Reservations cancelled more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date will qualify for a full cancellation without penalty.
Late Cancellation
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the check-in date will attract a cancellation fee equivalent to one (1) night’s stay.
No-Show Policy
Guests who fail to arrive on their confirmed check-in date without prior notice will be considered a No-Show, and the full reservation amount may be charged accordingly.
Early Departure / Mid-stay Cancellation
Where a guest elects to shorten their stay or depart before the confirmed check-out date for reasons not attributable to the hotel, any outstanding balance for unused nights shall be forfeited. Where applicable, the hotel reserves the right to charge a compensatory fee equivalent to the reserved unused nights.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be initiated within 48–72 hours following confirmation of the refund request. Depending on the payment provider and banking process timelines, refunded amounts may reflect within 14 business days using the original payment method used during booking.
